Reiki relaxation healing is an ancient gentle hands-on healing art for self and assisting others. Reiki Level I teaches the basic principles including the hands positions for self and using with others correlated with the chakra system and endocrine system. Reiki II further empowers the individual with sacred symbols, emotional/mental balancing and distant healing. Our comprehensive Reiki I & II Manual outlines in detail all the principles taught, including pictures of the hands-on positions. Reiki Master Level combines the best of Usui and Tibetan master symbols.
Each certification class is a combination of lecture, experiential exercises along with giving and receiving Reiki guided by the teacher for a complete experience of the Reiki energy.
